How do we do restore the original porcelain?

• The first step is proper prep work and heavy cleaning followed by more prep and cleaning. We understand that porcelain is a very resilient material and with the right cleaners and alot of determination, we can get most tubs cleansed of all major stains, rust, grime and discoloration.

• Second, we perform spot repairs on all small chips and cracks on the tub. We fill in all chips, sand flush, color match with our Quick Dry Glaze to the original color of the tub, and then force dry the repair.

• Our third step is to apply our UV primer and UV clear coat. The UV primer is formulated to bond to glass, ceramics and porcelain. This primer makes the adhesion of our UV clear coat incredible. Our UV clear coat is formulated to be chemical and solvent resistant with a beautiful high gloss making it a perfect fit for tub restorations. Our UV primer and clear are the closest we have ever come to applying a real porcelain like surface to the tub.

• Our final step is to cure the primer and clear using our Ultra Violet Light. We can then perform a light buff when needed and give your tub that slick porcelain feel but still maintaining the original color, look and feel of your bathtub.
